William Shouldice & Associates LLC is a tri-partisan, Vermont lobbying, government affairs and public relations firm that designs customized legislative and regulatory lobbying strategies for our national and international clients.
For over 40 years, our team of experienced professionals has helped our clients to successfully navigate the complex and challenging worlds of Vermont politics, lobbying, government affairs, public affairs and professional regulation.
When you work with the team at William Shouldice & Associate LLC, you work directly with our principles who’ll guide and advise you every step of the way. They’ll offer their knowledge and expertise on the issues and decision-makers while providing keen insight into the Vermont lobbying and regulatory processes. As a small, boutique lobbying and government relations firm, you can rest easy knowing that we’re hands-on at the Vermont State House and before regulatory boards and agencies. Plus, we’ve built a reputation for our integrity, honesty, strong relationships across party lines, and trusted advice.
Besides our deep roots in Vermont, our firm is active on the national and international stages through our involvement with The Advocacy Group. Our founder, Bill Shouldice, along with other lobbyists throughout the U.S. recognized the critical need to offer clients with interests in multiple jurisdictions the opportunity to connect with the best and brightest government affairs specialists in each state. So in 1992, Bill became a “founding” member of TAG, and he remains an active shareholder today.
The TAG network consists of elite lobbyists, communicators and public affairs professionals working in all 50 states, the U.S. Congress, and several countries around the globe. Today our firm continues to proudly serve as TAG’s Vermont-based representative where we help to solve public policy challenges for businesses, trade associations and not-for-profits located throughout the U.S. and the world.
Our firm advocates on a wide-range of issues for clients such as Fortune 500 companies, trade associations, municipalities, multi-national and national firms, and entrepreneurs.
We also specialize in helping clients through Vermont licensing and professional regulation matters at the Vermont Office of Professional Regulation, as well as non-profit association management.
